Use this template to build a keyword advertisement sample. Replace all the content in [brackets] with your campaign's information and short code. Submit your sample as an image file or PDF.

Your keyword sample must contain each of these elements:

1. Your logo
2. Keyword call to action explaining the messages that will be sent to subscribers. Boilerplate copy: “Text JOIN to [your short code] for upcoming alerts and volunteer opportunities!"
   ‍Note: you must use your short code in this sample.
3. Messaging disclaimer: “[ Organization Name] solicits for volunteers, donations, and support. Message frequency varies, Message and data rates may apply.”‍
4. Opt-out disclaimer copy: “Text STOP to [your short code] to cancel.”‍
