Collect Zip From Any Member Over Phone Call

We’ve made another big upgrade to the call tool! Now campaigns have the option to collect zip code over IVR, based on the caller’s profile.

This new feature gives campaigns more flexibility in how they gather location data, helping you better target conversations and connect callers with the right representatives.

  • Prompt New Callers: Callers who are not yet subscribers will hear this audio message prompting them to enter their zip code before being patched through.
  • Prompt All Callers: All callers will hear this audio message prompting them to enter their zip before being patched through.
  • Check and Collect: Any caller who does not have a zip code saved will hear this audio message prompting them to enter their zip code before being patched through.

Once a caller enters their zip code using the dial pad, Strive will automatically save it to your mobile CRM and use it to geo-match the caller to their representative.

Tip: Zip data can also be used for smarter audience segmentation and more personalized call asks in the future. Filter by zip codes or a mile radius around zip codes, and use this data to create dynamic groups that automatically update each day.
