New Strive Messaging Product Updates August 2025

We’ve released a ton of new features across the Strive Messaging platform this summer. Below are new features we’ve released in the months of July and August!

Bold italicize messages

You can now bold and italicize text in your MMS messages directly from the Strive Messaging compose window, perfect for drawing attention to your most important points in advocacy, mobilization, or fundraising texts.

  • Highlight key deadlines or phrases (Call before your senator casts their vote)

  • Create more readable, structured messages

Keyword QR Codes

When you create keywords, a QR code is automatically generated. Scanning this code opens the message app on a mobile device and pre-fills a text with your keyword, ready to send to your campaign's number. Campaigns also have the option of branding their QR codes so that they include your brand logo in the center and your brand color scheme!

Call Tool Subscriber Follow-up

In addition to the non-subscriber follow-up message,  We’ve added a new setting for call numbers so that when your call completes you can trigger a follow-up message for subscribers. This is great for following up with subscribers who cold-call your campaign. Set up a simple message or flow to follow-up with cold callers.

Note: When a subscriber is interacting with a flow that includes a call action, they will receive the follow-up bot actions defined within that flow. In contrast, cold callers who are subscribed and not interacting with a flow will receive the follow-up message(s) set in your call number settings.

New validation messages for patch a call bot actions

Call Error validation: If Strive Messaging detects an error, you can now trigger a custom validation message to give the caller a second chance to make the call.

Voicemail detected: If Strive Messaging detects that a subscriber triggered a call but didn’t pick up, you can set up a custom validation message asking them to make the call when they are ready.

Auto-fill State Representative Data

In addition to the federal district, federal senators, and federal representative fields, the members list now automatically fills in a member’s state senator and state representative based on sufficient address data. Access this data directly in the Strive mobile CRM.

You can use this information for filtering, targeting constituencies, and as dynamic fields in your messaging!

Dynamic Fields Federal and State Reps

Merge a member’s federal or state lawmaker in your texts using dynamic fields. Use these fields in your messages to personalize and target outreach!

Subscriber Device Type

Now Strive Messaging will track a subscriber's device type in the Members list. Filter your list by iPhone or Android users to target outreach.
