With Priority Targets, you now have greater control over how your supporters connect with lawmakers. This feature allows you to designate specific targets as priorities, ensuring callers are routed to these officials first—before reaching others in your target list.

How Priority Targets work

When a caller dials your campaign number:

• They’ll be matched with their priority target first—for example, their House Representative.
  
  
• If they call back or make multiple calls, they’ll be routed round-robin through other eligible targets, like their Senators.
  

Example Use-Case

Most supporters will make one call, but some will want to contact multiple representatives. To support this, your campaign should include both the House and Senate. With our new feature, you can prioritize which lawmakers are reached first by their constituents, such as key committee members. This gives you more control over your call campaign without needing to create multiple call campaigns to route repeat callers.
